My husband and I are not doctors. But, over the last 21 years of our Natural Healing Outside-the-Box Journey we have experienced so many things that have greatly educated us… to the point that “health professionals” agree with what we share and affirm us as knowing what we are talking about. Our experiences have allowed us to gain outside-the-box credentials.
Now that all the ‘disclaimer’ stuff is on the table, let’s get to the topic – Beneficial Covid AND Health Protocols Most People Avoid/Ignore.
We’ve been programmed for way too long to compartmentalize everything. It’s sad, as Tim & I have learned that most dis-eases have their roots in the very same things, no matter if your dis-ease is Cancer, Diabetes, Covid, the Flu, High Blood Pressure, YOU NAME IT….
In school all subjects are compartmentalized… Science goes here, Math goes here, History goes here, Language Arts goes here, The Arts go here, even Bible class was in it’s own separate category … when in fact, they need to be taught as UNIT STUDIES. Did you know that MATH plays a role in ART? How many other subjects compliment each other? I thought for the longest time that Bible and History were indeed totally separate entities, with each one’s events happening so far apart from each other, but have since learned that much of both happened at the very same time. WOW!! Was I ever disappointed for the “teachers” failing in this area.
You may be one of the awake ones, like my husband and I, who have heard of the following “Covid Protocols”, or something similar. If you have NOT heard of these, it would be well worth your time to check them out, research them if you like.

What’s different about the chart? Let me share with you what I see… items most people avoid or ignore, along with a few other very beneficial protocols most people ignore or avoid, or they THINK they are doing good at.

Ya know… Good Health is a LIFESTYLE, NOT a Magic Pill! LIFESTYLE means you LIVE it Every Day! My husband and I see way too many people coming against a health crisis and wanting a QUICK FIX rather than a Lifestyle. Hmmm… how would that work for your vehicle, or a foundation crisis with your home? So why do we think it’s ok for our bodies?
- Clean Eating – What does Clean Eating mean to you? Just because it is in the grocery store, available at the Farmer’s Market, sometimes even what’s grown in your own garden, served at your favorite restaurant does NOT mean it is Clean Eating. Are you an Ingredient Reader? Do you KNOW what each ingredient is and it’s benefit or harm to your body? The meat you may eat, do you KNOW how it was grown, what it was fed, if it was given growth hormones or “immunizations”, do you KNOW how it was processed in preparation for you to consume it? I’ve got a whole food display with foods that about 97% of Americans eat without thinking twice about the ingredients, etc. Foods in my display include the McD’s AND Burger King hamburgers and fries that are 10 years old but still look like they did the day I obtained them for my “experiment”, 2 Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches that are 5.5 years old, a Roast Beef & Cheese sandwich given to me at an event I was a vendor at… 6 months ago… it has changed a little but does NOT smell, as well as several other popular “Food Wannabes” and beverages. Do you KNOW the health benefits of various foods and how they supply healing energy to your body, or which one’s YOUR Body needs specifically (not just because someone said it’s a good thing to eat) to keep YOU healthy? - Cut WAY DOWN on Carbs!!! Raw Fruit is your best carb. Did you know that SUGAR weakens your immune system? It takes longer to heal when you consume a lot of carbs, which include bread, pizza, donuts, candy, etc. Just Eat REAL Food! Do you even know what REAL Food is? Ever heard of Medical Contrast? I have, unfortunately it’s been used in my body… BEFORE I educated myself. Medical Contrast is Radioactive SUGAR used to see inside the body during a PET or CT Scan to see where Cancer Cells are in the body. How does it work? The Cancer Cells are DRAWN to the sugar, because SUGAR FEEDS CANCER (and many other dis-eases).
- Clean Drinking – What does Clean Drinking mean to you? If you obtain your water through your local city water facility, are you familiar with the treatment process the water goes through before getting to you? If you have your own well, that’s AWESOME!!! BUT, have you had your water tested for contaminants that seep into well water? One of the biggest contaminants (I’ve got a well, so speak from personal experience) is Glyphosate. What is Glyphosate? Do YOU know? Do you care?
- How much Herbal Tea do you drink? Herbal Tea is very healing and clean drinking… as long as your water is clean and the herbs are organic. This includes Pine Bark Tea.
- Deep Breathing – What is the biggest issue with the current Covid Virus … lack of OXYGEN. Most people, including me, are very shallow breathers 99.9% of the time. I heard the testimony of a man struggling to heal from a cancer diagnosis who came to realize that birds sing at the break of dawn as that’s when the trees release the most oxygen for the day; he also learned that singing is one of the best ways to get huge amounts of oxygen into the body. So, he started singing outside in the fresh air at the break of dawn, and his body healed!! I’ve learned through my journey that dis-eases cannot live in highly oxygenated bodies. I’ve also learned that 60% of athletes believe they can exercise dis-ease and bad eating habits away; so how does that work for someone who was seemingly the “picture of good health” but keels over DEAD while jogging or other exercising? Another really good tool, sometimes given in hospitals for patients to take home, is the Oxygen Spirometer … a very good habit to start every day.
- Speaking of Exercising… this is another very important protocol that gets ignored. Have you counted up the number of hours YOU spend sitting each day? There are very easy chair exercises that can be done, but how about whole body exercises? Exercise is good for getting our blood flowing, which in turn oxygenates our bodies. Walking (not just from the couch to the bathroom, etc) is an excellent exercise!
- Outside Activity – Especially in NATURE – what better way to get fresh air and exercise! Nature has a calming effect on our bodies, it can even lower blood pressure! When’s the last time you gardened, dug in the dirt? How did it make you feel afterwards?
- Activated Charcoal – A MUST HAVE for EVERY household!!! We use it for all kinds of stomach issues, as well as some wound care. EMS (Emergency Medical Services) and hospitals use it for overdoses, as it quickly absorbs toxins. We’ve even used it with our sick dog, as well as wound care (mixed with other natural herbal items) for the Brown Recluse Spider bite our dog received on his paw.
- Peppermint Oil – Baby Jesus received WHAT from His first visitors, the Wisemen and Shepherds? ESSENTIAL OILS – Frankincense & Myrh … THE MEDICINES, along with herbs, of Biblical Time!! Peppermint Tea is a favorite essential oil of our’s. We rub a drop or two of the oil on our stomach when our stomach is not feeling good. We’ve even put one or two drops on our tongue, as it enters the bloodstream quickly that way.
- Clean Environment – How much do you KNOW about the ingredients in your Cleaning Products, Deodorant, Personal Care Products, Fragrances (perfume, after shave, etc), Make Up, etc? You could be making yourself sick with these products!
- Last, but NOT least, and should be at the TOP of everyone’s protocol… the Coffee Enema! Most people I talk to about this protocol cringe and say “NO THANK YOU!!” Honestly, I was one of those people 16 years ago when my chiropractor suggested it for an issue I was dealing with, so I get it… it does sound disgusting… until you actually do one or two and experience the healing benefits. If I had done the enema when it was first suggested to me, I would not have had the unnecessary mastectomy and be dealing with the challenges that has brought on my daily, minute-by-minute life.
My husband and I travelled across country multiple times this past year, have never quarantined, been around many many people, shook hands and hugged many of them. So far, we’ve not had the virus that has everyone so scared and panicky. We believe it’s because of our LIFESTYLE of following the protocols I’ve just listed above. I was affected by chemtrails that were released over an outdoor event we were vendors at. I immediately took Activated Charcoal and Peppermint Oil, then in the evening did an enema. The next day I was good as new.
FYI – There are a variety of enemas you can do. A nurse friend shared with me how a Garlic Enema broke the vey high and challenging fever in her son… RESEARCH GARLIC ENEMAS before doing one!!! I’ve used several combinations of herbs, including Pau ‘d Arco.
